Become a strategic tech profile in the AI era.

A multi-week program, co-built with CTOs, for tech profiles who want more say in decisions.

You've never been this productive. And yet you've never doubted your worth this much.

1

AI has made you faster than ever.

Your team ships more. Your PRs merge faster. And yet, something's off.

2

Because execution speed isn't enough anymore.

What creates value now is judgment: what to build, what to refuse.

3

You ship features, but you're not invited to the decisions.

You execute choices others made without you. Your expertise deserves to carry more weight.

4

You know your role needs to evolve. You just don't know how yet.

This isn't a skills problem, or an ambition problem. It's a path problem.

What the program changes

This bootcamp teaches you to multiply your impact in the AI era.

01

You become someone who decides, not just someone who executes.

You know how to say no, break things down, prioritize by impact. You stop just carrying out other people's decisions: you inform them.

02

You connect every technical choice to a business stake.

Architecture, debt, quality, rewrites: you translate them into revenue, risk, speed, and retention. You speak the language of decision-makers without giving up your expertise.

03

You make your impact visible and attributable.

You stop hoping people notice your work. You make it traceable, documented, defensible, inside your organization and beyond.

04

You build a role AI can't play.

A clear positioning, aligned with what organizations will never be able to automate: judgment, arbitration, strategic clarity.

The 7 modules

M1What AI really changes for tech+

Objective: understand that AI doesn't just transform code generation. it transforms the decision chain, the pace of learning, the relationship with the user, and the very role of tech teams.

What you'll do: audit your current role against the question "what I do today: will it be a commodity in 18 months?". identify the 3 areas where you need to redirect your energy right now.

Result: you clearly see what, in your day-to-day, is becoming disposable, and what's gaining value. you know where to invest your time, and what to stop doing as of Monday.

M2Thinking like a strategist, not an executor+

Objective: learn to think about your tech decisions the way a leader would think about business decisions.

What you'll do: take a recent tech decision made by your team, reframe it in terms of business trade-offs, then identify the real question that should have been asked upfront.

Result: you ask the right questions before writing a line of code. your judgment becomes your main asset.

M3Thinking with AI, not just producing with it+

Objective: move beyond using AI as a "generation tool" and adopt it as a reasoning partner for your trade-offs, strategies, and technical decisions.

What you'll do: take a hard decision from your real context (technical, product, or organizational) and work through it with AI as a sparring partner. compare your reasoning before and after.

Result: you gain a permanent strategic co-pilot. your level of thinking goes up, not just your execution speed.

M4Moving from feature factory to impact machine+

Objective: stop producing for the sake of producing. AI has made you much faster, but it's also made you much faster at producing useless things. learning to prioritize what actually creates value becomes the real skill.

What you'll do: take a real roadmap (yours or a case study) and rewrite it by cutting 40% of what's on it, then defend your cuts.

Result: you build less, you carry more weight. you know how to decide what not to do, and defend it.

M5Deciding and prioritizing under pressure+

Objective: decide fast with incomplete information, without caving to the surrounding pressure.

What you'll do: take a real trade-off you're facing right now (or just made), replay it with a structured prioritization framework, and identify what would change in your decision.

Result: you have a rigorous prioritization framework you can apply on the spot and defend without backing down.

M6Turning tech into a business lever+

Objective: translate architecture, debt, and quality into stakes the business understands and can arbitrate. no more exec meetings where nobody gets what you do, technical decisions suffered because they weren't understood, and trade-offs made without you because you don't speak the right language.

What you'll do: build a tech business case on a topic from your real context (debt, rewrite, infra investment) and pitch it as if presenting to your executive committee.

Result: tech is no longer a cost center in your mouth. it becomes a strategic topic, carried by a solid narrative.

M7Making your impact legible+

Objective: turn your real impact into recognized impact, internally and externally.

What you'll do: map your impact over the last 12 months, identify what remains invisible, and build a concrete 90-day plan to make it legible to your boss, your team, and your clients or prospects.

Result: you make your trade-offs legible, your value visible, your role undeniable. you negotiate based on what you bring, not what you ask for.

You do it alongside your job. It's actually essential.

In your current job, you want to shift your posture, take on more responsibility, and carry more weight in decisions. The training happens alongside your day-to-day work.

What you go through each week feeds the coaching. Your situation evolves and the program adapts with it. That's why the program runs for 12 weeks: changing your practices from the inside takes time.

1st beta cohort

What they say

Feedback from participants in the program's first beta cohort.

After the first week, I knew I was getting my money's worth. Applying the theoretical learnings to our real cases helps a lot to picture it. What struck me most: not doing data for the sake of data, but really thinking about what we want to measure and using it as a feedback tool from the beta stage.

Participant, 1st cohort

I feel like I've changed my mindset on how I relate to the rest of leadership and how I prioritize. I think more about the business angle in my choices. The tools are concrete and actionable: impact mapping, User Story mapping, prioritization matrix. I'd fully recommend it.

FAQ

How is this different from a classic AI training?+

This program isn't tool training. We don't teach you to use Cursor or ChatGPT. We teach you to reason and decide in a context where AI is redefining the rules of the game. The difference: you leave with a strategic positioning, not a list of tools to try.

I'm senior but not yet a tech lead: is this for me?+

Yes, if you recognize yourself in the situations described. This program is for technical profiles who want to move into roles with greater strategic impact. The title doesn't matter much: what counts is your ambition.

How does the program actually work (pace, format)?+

Over 12 weeks: 1h of group masterclass per week, 1h of group coaching per week, 2 individual sessions per participant, and async resources available anytime. You can also reach out to expert CTOs on specific topics. All of this alongside your job.

Can my company fund this?+

This program is eligible for funding through OPCOs (French state-approved training funding bodies). We're also exploring the option of paying in installments, to be confirmed during the discovery call.

What happens if it doesn't match my expectations?+

A 30-minute discovery call precedes enrollment to make sure the program is genuinely right for you. It's in everyone's interest: 10 spots, 10 people who genuinely want to grow.

Only 10 spots for the next cohort. What are you waiting for?
